Candidate Insights & Search

TalentIQ provides two tools for quickly finding and understanding candidate information without scrolling through their entire notes history.

Candidate Insights

The Insights column on the TalentIQ card displays key information extracted from the candidate's activity. This gives recruiters a quick overview of preferences and important details at a glance.

If TalentIQ hasn't detected information for a particular field, it will display "Not Detected" until relevant data is found.

Search Bar

The search bar at the top of the TalentIQ interface lets you search across the candidate's entire notes history in real time.

When you enter a search term:

• All matching instances are highlighted in yellow within the Communications Interface.

• A result count appears showing how many matches were found.

• Navigation arrows let you jump between occurrences.

• The view auto-scrolls to each highlighted instance as you navigate.

This makes it easy to locate specific content — like a job title, location preference, or date — buried deep in a candidate's communication history.
