Signing In & Authentication

Access the Toro platform at https://app.toroinsights.ai. This is the entry point for both StaffIQ and DataIQ.

Sign-In Options

If this is your first time accessing the platform, you're using a new device, or you've been logged out, you'll see two sign-in options:

  • Sign in with Google — Use this if your company uses Google Workspace for email.

  • Sign in with Microsoft Entra ID — Use this if your company uses Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, or Exchange for email.

Authentication Flow

After selecting your provider, you'll go through your email provider's Single Sign-On (SSO) process. This may include selecting your company account or confirming your identity. Follow the prompts until you're redirected back to the Toro app.

Once signed in, you'll land on the StaffIQ dashboard by default. To navigate to DataIQ, use the menu in the top-left corner of the screen, or go directly to https://app.toroinsights.ai/data-iq.

Troubleshooting

If you're unable to sign in, confirm with your IT team which email provider your company uses (Google Workspace or Microsoft). If issues persist, contact support@toroinsights.ai.
