Operation Statuses & Field Changes
Every DataIQ operation displays a status so you can quickly see whether a run finished, failed, or is still in progress. After a successful run, field changes show you exactly what was updated.
Statuses
Complete
The operation finished successfully. For real-time or scheduled runs, detected changes were applied to the ATS. For simulations, results are ready to view.
Queued
The operation is in line but hasn't started yet. This typically happens when other runs are in progress or the system is batch processing.
Processing
DataIQ is actively analyzing the candidate data — reading messages, checking for field changes, and evaluating results.
Failed
Something went wrong during the run and no changes were made to any records. If you believe the candidate should have been processed, click "View Details" and share the link with Toro support for investigation.
Skipped
DataIQ intentionally skipped this run. This occurs when the candidate didn't meet requirements (typically insufficient activity or nothing new was identified) or the run was filtered out by your settings.
Field Changes
After a successful operation, field changes show what was updated in the ATS (or what would be updated, in the case of simulations).
Each field change displays the previous value and the new value with color coding:
Yellow — The previous value of an updated field.
Blue — The new value that replaced it.
Green — A newly added field (no previous value existed).
Filters and Search
Use the dropdowns at the top of the DataIQ screen to filter operations by status or run type. You can also search by candidate name or ID to quickly locate a specific record.
